Didn’t realize it was so

"Didn’t realize it was so small and not as much information as I thought. I don’t need pages for me to write on. Not worth the price."

— Renee (3/5)

Good to have straight from

"Good to have straight from the company. Because everyone online will tell you something different."

— Dawnah W. (5/5)

"Very helpful book. Lots of frequencies listed that is hard to find in one place on the internet. Good buy."

— Loraine (5/5)

"Great book for frequencies. Also lets you write down notes too!"

— Stacie (5/5)

"There's good information on frequencies. There is no table of contents. There are sequential pages related to the different catergories. There are lines pages after those to write in. The categories covered are: Frequency guide for your day Sleep State of mind Mental health Pain in the body Diseases"

— Colleen (4/5)

"Ridiculous waste of $30. Most of the pages are blank for “notes”. I expected something with more information. Do not bother."

— Brenda (1/5)

"Love it! Great information!"

— Nathalie (5/5)

"I was shocked how tiny the book was for $30. It has useful information but I think its worth no more than $10 or $15. Best description, a hardcover pamphlet"

— Kelly (4/5)
