The Frequency Library

Questions, answered.

It depends on the frequencies you want to run. v1 runs only the 7.83 Hz Schumann resonance. v2 covers 0 to 999.99 Hz. v3 runs the entire 0 to 9,999.99 Hz library. Use 'Runs on my device' in the library to see exactly what each one unlocks.
No. Search by benefit and the library finds the frequency for you.
Each frequency is tagged with a benefit category, like sleep, focus, or calm, based on its common use. Results vary from person to person.
TheSchumann is a wellness device, not a medical device. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use an implanted electronic device such as a pacemaker, talk to your doctor before use.
The fundamental Schumann resonance is about 7.83 Hz, followed by harmonics near 14.3, 20.8, 27.3, and 33.8 Hz. Several weaker resonances are detectable above that. See the chart above for the full list and what each is commonly associated with.
The harmonics are the higher peaks above 7.83 Hz: roughly 14.3 Hz (SR2), 20.8 Hz (SR3), 27.3 Hz (SR4), and 33.8 Hz (SR5). They aren't exact multiples of 7.83 Hz because the Earth–ionosphere cavity is slightly irregular.
Most people start with the 7.83 Hz fundamental, the Earth's baseline resonance. From there you can explore the library by benefit category such as sleep, focus, or calm. Experiences vary from person to person; there's no single "right" frequency.
7.83 Hz is the most commonly cited Schumann resonance and is often called Earth's natural baseline frequency. It's the fundamental of a whole set of resonances, not the only one — the chart above shows the higher harmonics that accompany it.
