Recovery
Low, slow frequencies in the delta and theta range. Many people run them in the evening or overnight to wind down after training or a long day.

The Schumann
Modern life is loud. Your space doesn't have to be. While other devices rely on speakers and sound, The Schumann creates a silent electromagnetic field. Rebuilt from the ground up. Feel the change.
The Schumann doesn't act on you. It acts on the room. What people tell us is simple: the room feels calmer, easier to wind down in at night and easier to focus in by day.
Desk, second coffee, the long document.
It won't write the document or finish the book for you. It just keeps the room steady while you do.
70+ Years
since Winfried Otto Schumann described the Earth's steady resonance. We've drifted further from it every year, until we decided it's time to reconnect.

3 Generations
from V1 Classic to V3 Max, each built on what users told us was missing.
The V1 Classic and V2 Pro close with four screws you can see. The V3 Max has no screws at all: one seamless molded shell, in white or black.
The V1 Classic needs no screen. It's locked to 7.83 Hz and starts with one press. The V2 Pro tunes up to 999.99 Hz. The V3 Max reaches 9,999.99 Hz and has five presets on the back. Whatever the display shows is what's running.
Every unit is tested before it ships, and every model carries CE, FCC and UKCA certification. It isn't dramatic, but it's the part most devices at this price skip.
The V1 Classic runs for weeks on a single charge. The V3 Max runs up to 24 hours. The V2 Pro runs 6 to 12 hours, depending on the frequency. The V2 Pro and V3 Max both keep running while they charge.
Not 7.8. Not "around 8." The V1 Classic is factory-locked to 7.83 Hz. The V2 Pro and V3 Max tune in 0.01 Hz steps, and the field is built to match the number on the display.
The same coil winding used in electromagnetic research sits at the heart of every device. It produces an accurate field that is measurable with a standard field meter. You can see exactly how it looks through the case.
The waveform changes the character of the field, not the frequency. Sine is smooth and continuous, the gentler option and a good default for background use, winding down or overnight. Square switches sharply between high and low, a more pulsed signal many people prefer for daytime focus. The V1 Classic runs sine only.
Sine. Smooth and continuous. A good default for winding down and overnight.
Since 2024 we’ve read what our users post, comment and discuss across social media, forums and reviews. Every frequency in our library started as something people kept bringing up on their own.
Same frequency. Same experience.
People who have never met, on platforms that don’t overlap, describing the same thing. That is the pattern we look for.
Everyone settles in differently, so we made finding your routine simple. Answer a few questions, and we'll suggest a frequency and a routine to begin with.
Then listen to how you feel, and adjust from there.
What you'll get
A suggested frequency to begin with, based on your answers.
A starter routine: where to place it, when to run it, and for how long.
A gentle way to build from there, week by week.
