Setup & use
How do I use my Schumann device?
For comprehensive instructions on how to use your Schumann device, including details on power, frequency settings, wave types, and optimal placement, please consult the Schumann Guide and User Guide available on our website.
How do I know which device model I have?
For the V2 Pro, you'll see a power button at the bottom, wave type selection (Sine/Square) on the top left, and frequency adjustment buttons (0–999 Hz) on the top right. The V1 Classic operates at a fixed 7.83 Hz and has LED lights for battery status.
How do I adjust the frequency on my V2 Pro?
On the Schumann V2 Pro, you can adjust the desired frequency using the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons located on the top right side of the digital display. The selected frequency will be shown on the screen.
What does a yellow light on my V2 Pro mean?
On the V2 Pro model, a yellow light signifies that the device is functioning as expected. At lower frequencies, the light will blink, while at higher frequencies, it will remain solid.
Does the device work when the screen turns off, and what do I see on the display?
Yes! When the screen enters sleep mode after 60 seconds to preserve battery life, the device continues to operate normally, using the last selected frequency and waveform. A yellow indicator light shows the device is active. The display shows your current frequency and waveform when awake.
Do I need any additional equipment to use a Schumann device?
No, both Schumann devices are fully standalone. This means you don’t need any extra equipment, apps, or subscriptions to use them. The purchase is a one-time payment, and the device is ready to go right out of the box.
